Texas Renaissance Festival

Oct 10–Nov 29

Dress as your favorite character from the 16th century while enjoying drinks, food and friendly people! For those of you with kids of all ages, there’s free admission on Sundays!

Dia de los Muertos

Oct 19 – Nov 7

Dia de los Muertos is traditional holiday honoring the lives of family and friends who have moved on from this life. Event includes: traditional celebrations, arts and crafts. The event is being held at the Lawndale Arts Center, honoring traditional Hispanic art and culture!

Texian Market Days

Oct 24

Texas comes to life with interactive demonstrations, games and historic home tours. Experience Texas’ native history, dating back 150 years, through food, crafts and reenactments!

Texas Championship Native American Pow Wow

Nov 14 –15

This two-day event is filled with Native American colorful tribal dances, arts and crafts shows, and tipis! Artists, craftsmen and traders from all over the country come to showcase their talents in this giant expo from 10 a.m. to sundown.

Turkish Fest

Nov 14–15

Celebrate the Annual Turkish Festival with authentic Turkish food, wine, and dancing. This event is fun for the entire family, while educational about the Turkish culture.
