MAINTENANCE REQUEST

Are you an existing client with a minor web updates requiring immediate turn-around?

Use our handy maintenance request form to send us your needed web updates easily.

 

INSTRUCTIONS FOR SUBMITTING YOUR MAINTENANCE REQUEST:

 

1. Please be as specific as possible with your request. List the page(s) to be worked on and detail the updates per page. Include the individual Web addresses of each page, if possible.



2. Please be sure to complete the form in its entirety, including company information, requested completion date, your web URL, and the details of your issue.

3. Please Note: the standard turn around time for a maintenance request is 3 business days. If this requires completion within a shorter timeframe, please contact your account lead and note the rush rates below.


4. All current, web maintenance requests using the standard turn-around time can be deducted from your pre-paid/allocated monthly maintenance hours.

 

5. A credit card must be on file to approve and begin any work. If you are a current client with an existing maintenance plan, no credit card is required. Otherwise, please submit all credit card details for assignment in queue. Your card will be validated with a $1 charge prior to ticket assignment. Once the project is complete, you will then be charged the project cost. 

 

6. Once a ticket is open, all work including consultation performed is billed in 15 minute increments. Our development fee is $225 per hour. 

 

7. Our RUSH rates for web maintenance requests are as follows:

*  EXPRESS - (2 Business Days) - +$35 p/hour fee

 EMERGENCY - (1 Business Day) - +$50 p/hr fee

*  DO THIS NOW - (Same Day) - +$75 p/hr fee

8. If there are files you will need to submit to complete these maintenance updates, please send them to: development@studiobrandcollective.com

By submitting this form, you agree to the terms and conditions of the work completed by Studio Brand Collective. You also hereby provide Studio Brand Collective with authorization to charge the credit card provided with $1 as a means of validation. Per the terms of service, all work completed is billed to the client at the full cost stated above unless client is a pre-paid maintenance client. Client also agrees to compensate Studio Brand Collective for all services rendered based on development ticket submission.
