According to the National Retail Federation, they projected that $18.6 billion will be spent this Valentine’s Day season. Taking into amount of advertising and marketing that is revolved around Valentine’s Day, the $18.6 billion sounds about right. The special day is right around the corner, so we are taking a look at one particular Valentine’s Day campaign in the city of love, Paris, France.
This campaign from Flower Council of Holland kind of stole our hearts. Modeled after emergency boxes, with text that reads “In case of love at first sight,” there were 1,500 boxes installed throughout the city.
