When it comes to partnerships and collaborations, Target dominates the market. In the past, they have partnered with notable designers such as Missoni, Woolrich, and Nate Berkus. This year, they’ve collaborated with TOMS Shoes, and created a campaign called “One for One, For All.” Not only have they reached out to influencers in the traditional media sphere such as Ellen DeGeneres, they’ve covered the nontraditional media on YouTube as well. Target’s strategy has gone in the right direction and their timing too. Just in time for the holiday season, a time when people are ready to spend and give back. Everyone else, take notes.
