The Toasted Yolk wants to change the way you think about breakfast and lunch. There is nothing better than perfectly poached eggs, strip after strip of crunchy bacon, and layer upon layer of thin-sliced turkey and pastrami. When it comes to breakfast food, they do it best– all with a gracious dose of Southern hospitality.
Although The Toasted Yolk started as a single restaurant in the Houston area, they grew to having a presence in several major neighborhoods throughout the greater Houston metro area. Even with this growth, the restaurant lacked relevance and buzz, and also an online footprint for growth. When The Toasted Yolk approached Studio Brand, they wanted to increase their customer volume at restaurants and get a stronger grasp on their reputation, online footprint, brand equity and general relevance now that they had almost 10 restaurants.
