SB Digital + Design was tasked with rebranding along with updating the identity, tagline and website for this 40-year-old brand. The stated goal for this rebrand was to more clearly and effectively communicate the service offerings, USP and people behind the brand. As a professional services firm that has been run by three generations, it was important to bring heart to the brand and capture a look and feel that also spoke to the audience without losing the connection or the effectiveness of the information. This design improved the overall UX by making the navigation easier and also improving mobile tap clicks.

After launching the logo, the Board of Directors were enthused and highly motivated as the response from select key external stakeholders was hugely positive. With the launch of the website, the brand saw a 215% increase in user time on site and a 500% increase in form submissions regarding service inquiries.
