Elysian Gardens Bed and Breakfast is a charming hospitality business that needed a brand that would convey its value to guests. Studio Brand was engaged to provide a brand design and marketing materials that could appeal to the business’s target audience of travelers.
Studio Brand crafted a sublime brand design for Elysian Gardens that communicated the getaway’s charm and elegance. We developed a user-friendly website and email marketing campaign that gave guests a taste of the brand’s unique value and experience.
After the creation of the brand touchpoints, Studio Brand was approached by the owners to assist with creating an online presence to drive business and bookings. Most of their bookings came from phone calls and through online travel agents, however, they wanted to maximize bookings through their own website while improving the overall online visibility of their bed and breakfast and profitability of the business. Over the following weeks, we worked with the B&B owners to develop a digital marketing strategy that would include the following deliverables:
1) creating a new website that included new photography, engaging content and a positive booking experience for guests; 2) creating an incentive for guest to book directly through the website; 3) developing an outreach plan to promote the incentive program; 4) creating an effective communications plan to engage new and returning visitors; and 5) creating an overall reputation management system to allow for increased positive reviews and the best guest engagement.
