Cyclone Anaya’s as a brand lacked a cohesive and impactful marketing strategy throughout its company-owned restaurants. When we were approached by Cyclone’s there were many inconsistent marketing strategies, and the brand lacked relevance/ impact in a very saturated marketplace. Our assignment included creating and implementing a comprehensive marketing plan that would rejuvenate customer engagement, communicate effectively to internal and external constituencies, differentiate the brand from other restaurants in the casual dining category, and increase efficiencies across the board.

We worked with the Cyclone team to execute a comprehensive brand audit– identify pain points and most efficient revenue drivers. This also included an in-depth focus group to gauge customer sentiments of the brand. SB Digital + Design served as the brand’s in-house marketing department, managing email marketing, social media (content, engagement, advertising), branding, graphic design, loyalty and gift card programs, media and influencer relations, in-store promotions and events, partnerships, local store marketing, internal and external communications, online reputation management, budgeting, and reporting.
